Customize existing themes and plugins as per requirements Optimize websites for performance and write SEO-friendly code WooCommerce customization and extend features Follow best practices for security and coding standards Build Elementor widgets and custom widgets Use Git for version control and collaboration Implement animations and interactive elements using modern JS libraries (e.g., GSAP) Bachelor’s degree in CSE, IT or a related field. Academic requirements may be relaxed for candidates who demonstrate exceptional skills. Strong knowledge of PHP (both OOP and procedural) Deep understanding of WordPress Core, Theme, and Plugin architecture Proficient in MySQL and database query optimization Strong frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS Determined to learn animation libraries like GSAP (GreenSock) WooCommerce customization and add-on/plugin development Experience with Git and GitHub Familiarity with WordPress hooks (Actions and Filters) Experience with Custom Post Types (CPT), Taxonomies, and Custom Fields (ACF/Codestar Framework) Proficient in WP_Query & MySQL Capable of building themes following WordPress Coding Standards Experience with page builders: Elementor, Gutenberg Good design sense and ability to build modern, clean, responsive websites Experience converting Figma designs to pixel-perfect web pages Experience with PHP frameworks is a plus Salary: BDT 20k – BDT 30k per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
