Checkered Flag Automotive Group is looking for an Auto Detailer to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA! What We Need Self-motivated individuals Passion for the automotive industry Focus on serving customers What Our Auto Detailers Do Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to a high standard, ensuring all dirt, grime, and imperfections are removed Clean and vacuum vehicle interiors, including carpets, seats, and other surfaces, ensuring a spotless and professional finish Ensure vehicles are detailed according to dealership quality standards before delivery to customers or placement in the showroom Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and tools Communicate with the sales or service team to prioritize vehicles that need detailing based on delivery or showroom schedules Your Pre-Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent One year of detailing experience preferred Must be able to walk, bend, and sit for extended periods of time Ability to operate an automatic or manual transmission a plus Must have a valid driver's license with 4 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years Major violations in the last 3 years, such as DUI or Reckless Driving, will disqualify candidates.
