Troubleshooting Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams providing expert-level troubleshooting and problem resolution. Security Management Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies. Collaboration Work closely with other IT professionals including network engineers, system administrators and security specialists to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems.
