ResponsibilitiesProactively generate leads through strategic outreach, marketing, and referral development
Present and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance products based on client needs
Deliver excellent service to retain clients and grow renewal income
Conduct coverage reviews and educate clients on insurance options
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and Farmers standards
Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs
RequirementsSales experience required preferably in insurance, financial services, real estate, or similar industries
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred
(Unlicensed candidates must obtain required licenses within a specified timeframe licensing support provided)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive in a performance-based environment
Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
