Access to financial wellness/planning resources. What You'll Do Develop strategies, proposals and presentations to sell bundled voice, data and video solutions. Reach out to prospective customers to generate sales opportunities. Navigate organizations and engage with key decision makers. Understand client needs, review pricing options and gather customer feedback. Contact customers prior to contract expiration to resolve issues, renew contracts and upsell additional products. Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process. Negotiate pricing, products and promotions with new customers. Assess serviceability and provide ROI analysis for new build opportunities. Partner with service delivery to ensure timely installations. Who You Are Minimum Qualifications 7 years of experience in a related field; or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience; or an associate degree, bachelor's degree or certification in a related discipline with 3 years of experience. A proven track record of exceeding monthly sales goals. Strong written and verbal communication and multitasking skills. Proficiency with computers and common business software. Preferred Qualifications B2B sales experience. Call center experience. Compensation Hourly pay rate: $17.21 – $25.77 per hour. Eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $42,900.00. Benefits Employees are eligible for a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off per month, seven paid holidays, and additional leave options including bereavement, jury duty, volunteer, and parental leave.
