Position Overview
We’re seeking an Advanced Copier Technician to join our Boise, ID field service team. This role may include a territory near you, covering Boise and surrounding areas.
We welcome experienced technicians but are also open to training motivated individuals with a strong technical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office equipment including copiers, printers, and fax machines
Deliver top-tier technical support and ensure customer satisfaction
Communicate professionally with clients to address service needs
Offer creative solutions for uncommon technical challenges
Manage time effectively while servicing your assigned territory
What We’re Looking For
Experience with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, or similar brands
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Solid computer literacy and comfort working with technology
Customer-first mindset and a team-oriented attitude
