Activities may include policy planning; employee testing and selection, training, and development; and organizational development and analysis. May work with management to organize the work setting to improve worker productivity. Essential Job Functions Provide policy planning, when needed. Provide examinee testing and selection, when needed. Provide development and evaluation of training, when needed. Provide data collection, cleaning, and psychometric analyses, when needed. Provide development of technical briefings and reports, when needed. Provide organizational development and analysis, when needed. Qualifications Minimum Position Requirements Be able to perform Junior level responsibilities but may be a student enrolled in an I/O Psychology, psychology, ergonomic, or engineering-related area, in a BS, MS, or Ph.D. program expected to graduate within two (2) years of employment.
