Job Title: In-House Recruiter

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule: 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented In-House Recruiter to join our team and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position plays a key role in identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements
• Write and post compelling job descriptions across various job boards and internal platforms
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job fairs, and networking
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with internal teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding efforts and promote a positive candidate experience
• Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status

Qualifications of a Recruiter:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with employment regulations and best hiring practices
• High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism

Preferred:

• Bilingual [Spanish] is a plus
