Job Title: Import & Export Operation

Location: Hawthorne CA

Note : Assignment Type: Temporary to Permanent (based on performance). Shift & Availability: Morning shift availability required (between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM). Weekend availability required. Interview Requirement: Yes - In person interview required. Training & Assignment Overview: The first few weeks will focus on learning the packaging processes within the department. Training will include temperature controlled packaging, which is essential knowledge for all exporters. Required Documents: Resume and Cover Sheet Required. Must-Have Skills:

• Background in import/export or export operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain shipment integrity and follow handling procedures
• Ability to multitask with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to lift between 25 70 lbs
• Availability for morning shifts (6:00 AM 10:00 AM) and weekends

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Air import/export experience
• Cold chain logistics experience
• Familiarity with World Courier systems (WorldSTAR)
• General knowledge of airport operations and tri-state area

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Process and manage export shipments in coordination with drivers and operations staff
• Verify shipment documentation, prepare Master Air Waybills, and file SEDs as required
• Monitor shipment notes, flight schedules, manifests, and dispatch screens
• Maintain cold chain integrity, including FDA-hold shipments and gel pack conditioning
• Monitor inventory of packaging and order replenishments as needed
• Coordinate airport dispatch board and monitor driver pickups and deliveries

• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and report issues promptly to management
• Ability to answer phones and assist drivers as needed
