Audit and validate team member data
Assist in updating and creating Total Rewards communications and policy revisions
Assist with coordination of wellness, vendors, and health fairs/events
Assist in coordinating learning offerings: scheduling, registration, tracking, etc.
Assist with the recruitment process and hiring events
Assist with process improvement projects
Provide guidance to leaders and HR partners on I-9 regulations, policies, and procedures
Support ongoing efforts to build sustainable HR Compliance processes
Assist the HR Compliance team with I-9 employment verification
Other projects as assigned
Current student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Junior or Senor status preferred
Experience analyzing data
Ability to recognize opportunities for new, creative, and innovate solutions
Proficiency in oral and written communication, including proper use of English, grammar and punctuation in business correspondence
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, HRIS experience a plus
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while producing excellent work results
Ability to professionally network with peers in the market
