Job Description

We’re seeking a HRIS Functional Manager to join our clients team.

Location: Houston, TX

Role Description:

• Maintain oversight of HRIS intake channels, ensuring that inquiries, escalations, and complex issues are evaluated, prioritized, and resolved within agreed timelines while maintaining service quality across multiple platforms.
• Build and nurture strong working relationships with internal departments and affiliate partners to support unified HR process design, consistent system usage, and cohesive end-to-end employee experience.
• Drive the planning, coordination, and rollout of global HRIS projects—including enhancements, new module deployments, and large-scale implementations—by managing timelines, resource alignment, stakeholder communication, and go-live readiness.
• Contribute to the development and continuous refinement of the organization’s long-term HR technology roadmap, ensuring system capabilities evolve in alignment with strategic workforce needs and broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS implementation projects, system integrations, and rollouts
• Experience managing and leading a team
• SAP Success Factor is a must
