Pay: $60,000 – $88,800/year, DOE

Position Overview:
The Housing Supervisor oversees housing peer staff and coordinates direct housing services for individuals with behavioral health needs. Responsibilities include case management, service coordination, and ensuring delivery of housing assistance such as rent support, shelter placement, and utility aid. This role supports the Housing Program Manager in aligning services with CCS goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and support housing peer team
Conduct intakes, assessments, and manage housing cases
Coordinate rental, utility, and shelter assistance
Track and report services for HRSN HCBS clients
Ensure accurate documentation and quality compliance
Collaborate with internal teams and community partners
Represent housing services in meetings and planning efforts
Support continuous improvement and alignment with best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in psychology, social work, or 3+ years in social services
Housing experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Computer proficiency and excellent documentation ability
Valid driver’s license and insurable
Must pass background check and pre-hire drug screening
Working Conditions:
Office and community-based work environments
Frequent local travel; occasional overnight stays
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and sit for extended periods
Regular use of computer and phone systems
