Through the LIFE Pittsburgh program, frail older adults can remain in their own home and receive a coordinated plan of care that enables them to maintain their independence and enjoy a safe and active life in the community. Our health teams of geriatric physicians and nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, rehabilitation specialists and other health care professionals assess our Participants' needs and desires, plan and approve services with them and their family or caregiver, monitor for changes and provide timely interventions. Primary care and community services are provided through our Day Health Centers and through our in-home program according to an individual Participant's needs. Paid Time Off - Grows every pay period and rolls over into new year! Description Candidate will be compassionate and detail-oriented and will assist our frail elderly participants in their homes. The Housekeeper will help maintain a clean and organized environment while providing essential laundry services, ensuring that our participants feel comfortable and cared for. Will perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Will also clean bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Requirements Required Certification/License: Must have valid Driver's License Education/Experience: Previous housekeeping or laundry experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness required as well as the ability to follow instructions and work independently. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a compassionate and patient demeanor, with a desire to help others. Salary Description $16.50 - $20.50 Per Hour LIFE Pittsburgh
