Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain treehouses to ensure a sparkling, welcoming environment for every guest.
• Pay attention to every detail to exceed cleanliness and organization standards.
• Work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction through high-quality service.
• Use tech-based systems to track tasks and maintain efficiency.
• Ensure safe handling of supplies and equipment, including lifting up to 30 lbs and climbing ladders.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand, bend, squat & lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable using tech-based systems and checklist
• Positive, professional attitude with strong communication skills

Experience Matters: Bonus points if you’ve worked in luxury hospitality before!

Position Type : Full-time or Part-time
Hourly Rate : Competitive
Location : Onsite (Whitewell, TN)
Referral Reward: Earn a cash reward for referring someone we hire! The reward will be paid after six months of the referral’s employment.
