Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school district in Westerville, OH is seeking a qualified School Psychologist to support students in both elementary and high school settings. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the academic and social-emotional success of diverse student populations through comprehensive psychological services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to identify students needs related to learning, behavior, and mental health
• Develop and implement intervention plans in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding strategies to foster positive student outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to special education eligibility determinations
• Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with confidentiality laws and district policies

Qualifications:

• Masters or doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field
• Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in elementary and high school environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school personnel
