What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions using proven methodologies
- Utilize critical thinking skills for data collection and analysis to identify gaps and risks, leading to sustainable recommendations
- Summarize and present findings and recommendations to Huron and client leadership at various levels
- Supervise and mentor junior project team members, providing coaching and performance feedback
- Deliver customized solutions that enhance impact and accessibility across healthcare services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant project implementation or process improvement experience in a team-based environment, preferably in healthcare or consulting
- Relevant experience in hospital operations, focusing on process re-engineering, change management, and labor productivity
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% weekly and work extended hours as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
