Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, autonomous, and versatile in handling various maintenance and repair tasks around our property.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, and general troubleshooting at various properties.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high-quality standard.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and workspaces.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Assist with special projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Ability to handle a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks efficiently.
