Hands + Rose Coffee is searching for a part-time barista who is vibrant, fun and carries the heart-posture and culture of the UPPERROOM community. Coffee is important to our house, and we are looking for someone who has the love for and experience with the craft! The Hands + Rose team lives by values beyond the scope of ourselves, and we want someone who can serve the team and our customers with excellence, honor and a joyful attitude. Baristas are responsible for the quality of our products, engaging our customers, and connecting with the team to create special moments that uplift the community around us. In many ways, the Hands + Rose team is the first point of contact with UPPERROOM and ultimately, Jesus for people who enter into our house from both inside and outside of our community. We are looking for baristas who are passionate about our culture of serving our customers as they enter the Presence of Jesus.
