Graphic Designer

Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA), Remote possible for the right fit
Employment Type:  Part-time or Full-time

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer who lives and breathes design — someone who’s not just keeping up with the latest visual trends, but shaping them. You’ll join a fast-paced, idea-driven environment where creativity meets strategy, and where every layout, logo, and motion frame tells a story that moves culture forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Concept, design, and execute visuals across digital, social, print, and experiential touchpoints

  • Collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and motion designers to bring ideas to life

  • Stay ahead of design and technology trends — from typography and color systems to AI-assisted workflows and generative tools

  • Build and maintain cohesive brand systems and campaign identities

  • Translate abstract concepts into bold, refined visuals that connect emotionally and strategically

  • Prepare production-ready files for web and print with precision and attention to detail

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience (agency or brand-side preferred)

  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma; experience with After Effects, Blender, or Webflow is a plus

  • A deep understanding of layout, typography, composition, and color theory

  • Awareness of emerging trends in design, culture, and technology — from motion design to AR filters to AI-enhanced creative workflows

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility, originality, and taste

  • The ability to manage multiple projects with creative consistency and attention to detail

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for social-first campaigns, influencer activations, or digital-first brands

  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design

  • Familiarity with brand strategy and storytelling
