Key Responsibilities include: Managing the residency program, including development, compliance, and quality improvement. Coordinating rotations, curriculum development, and educational activities. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and credentialing of residents and faculty. Managing program finances, documentation, and data systems. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including accreditation bodies. Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma required; Associates degree preferred in education, business, or medical-related field. Related experience in residency programs or medical staff services preferred. Leadership or program management training related to GME is a plus. Certifications: Certified through TAGME preferred; certification must be obtained within 3 years if not already certified. Skills and abilities: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and residency tracking software; ability to manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
