D1 Training Arlington Heights is seeking a Football Strength and Conditioning Coach with the knowledge, energy, and leadership to train athletes from youth through collegiate and pro levels. This is not a football position coach rolewe're looking for a performance specialist who understands the physical demands of football and can develop power, speed, and agility in athletes preparing for the next level.

Responsibilities:

  • Coach football athletes in speed, strength, power, and agility training programs
  • Lead 1-on-1, small group, and team-based sessions for youth, high school, an college-level players
  • Customize programs for individual goals including combine prep, off-season development, and injury prevention
  • Maintain a motivating, structured, and safe training environment
  • Represent the D1 brand with excellence, professionalism, and passion

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Valid certification: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT
  • Football background (as a player or strength coach)
  • 1+ years of coaching experience
  • Strong understanding of football-specific athletic development
  • High energy, great communication, and a passion for coaching

Preferred:

  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
  • Experience in combine training, high school/college offseason prep
  • Familiarity with Arlington Heights or surrounding sports community
  • Comfortable leading training for youth through elite/pro athletes
