Hourly Rate: $16.30 per hour + $2.50 shift differential (for Saturday-Sunday shifts)/$250 Sign-on BONUS!

Eligibility for a $250 bonus program on a quarterly basis

Shift: Variable Day Shifts

About the Role:

As a team member in Production, you play a crucial role in the production and manufacturing of our products. You will be assembling our final products to ship out around the country.

Responsibilities as a Food Production - Assembly Line Associate:

• Portion ingredients into jars and packages according to our recipes. 
• Help keep the production facility clean and organized.
• Follow all safety, GMP, and QSF policies/procedures.
• Line setup and changeovers.

Necessary knowledge, skills, and experience:

• Able to stand and work for long periods of time (10 hour shifts) in a cold environment (around 40 degrees) and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stay organized and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of basic food manufacturing etiquette (handwashing techniques, food safety) is a plus!
