•\tmake it perfect and will settle for nothing less.
•\tABOVE ALL ELSE, you know how to do quality work and will settle for nothing less
•\tYou are efficient and can complete an entire 1400 sq ft house by yourself or with your team in 2 days
•\tYou have all of the quality tools on the list on our website at
•\tYou have a good positive attitude and are willing and capable of solving your own issues.
•\tYou just want to do finish carpentry and you do not want the chasing the money and chasing the work and all of that office part of being in business.
•\tYou want to work pretty much every day during the week and would like to make over $100,000 per year.
•\tYou are a willing learner.
