Job Description:

Institutional Advancement is seeking (1) Federal Work Study student at 10 hours per week for the Fall 2025 & Spring 2026 terms. Duties include:

• Greet guests
• Filing, organize supplies, clerical duties
• Assist in mail outs, RSVPs, and invitation communications
• Help research and gather information for events and reports
• Support event set-up, preparation, and breakdown
• Other advancement and marketing assistance as needed

Required Qualifications:

Completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is required. Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Email, and Web Search); strong verbal and written communication skills; willingness to learn new tools and processes; friendly and professional demeanor with attention to detail.

Minimum Salary or Salary Range:

$11.00 per hour

This position will be subject to a pre-employment criminal, sex-offender registry background check. In cases where pre-determined, an additional financial/credit history/ background check may be required as well. Convictions that have been sealed or legally eradicated and misdemeanor convictions for which probation was completed and the case was dismissed, will be excluded.
