ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
Sales Generation: Actively seek new sales opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets and company goals.
Insurance Solutions: Assess client insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options to meet their requirements.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving client issues and concerns.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and detailed record-keeping for all client interactions, policies, and transactions.
Knowledge Development: Continuously update industry knowledge to stay informed about insurance products, changes, and regulations.
RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
Licensing: Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance or sales roles is advantageous but not required.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
Problem Solver: Ability to think critically and make sound decisions quickly under pressure.
