Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team across the nation. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and securing executive-level talent for our banking and financial services clients. Your expertise in the industry, along with your strong networking abilities and deep understanding of banking roles, will be instrumental in driving the success of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive searches to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, online platforms, and professional networks.
• Utilize your industry knowledge and network to proactively engage with potential candidates, building strong relationships and promoting our clients' opportunities.
• Screen and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with our clients' requirements. Speed to market is essential in this role.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their relevant skills, experience, and potential contributions to the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, industry trends, and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful candidate onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong network of banking and finance professionals, industry leaders, and key stakeholders to enhance candidate sourcing efforts and business development opportunities.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of agency experience with proven experience as an Executive Recruiter with a focus in the banking sector. In-depth knowledge of banking roles, functions, and industry-specific talent requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agency experience and Human Resources, or a related field is a plus.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong networking skills with the ability to connect and engage with high-level professionals in the banking industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively convey information to clients and candidates.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews.
• Strong business acumen, understanding clients' organizational goals, and the ability to align recruitment strategies accordingly.
• Proficient in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms, as well as applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all interactions.
