American Home Design is hiring part-time weekend Event Promoters for our Nashville area Events team.

Are you outgoing and energetic? Are you comfortable approaching people in a sales role? Are you highly motivated by an uncapped bonus opportunity? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! We are looking for part-time weekend Promoters who will use their enthusiasm for our home improvement products and company to generate leads at events and shows. We offer a lucrative base + uncapped bonus opportunity!

Event Promoter Job Responsibilities:

• Work at our booth actively engaging everyone who walks by
• Use your persuasive personality to get potential customers excited to learn more and schedule a free in-home estimate on one of our home improvement products
• Must be able to work weekends- when the events/shows happen!

Event Promoter Qualifications:

• Ability to approach potential customers with confidence and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Must be able to work weekends- when the events/shows happen!
• Active; requires being on your feet for a 4 hour shift
• Reliable transportation to get to local events around the Middle TN area
