EPIC SUPPORT ANALYST - 1 Full Time opening
Successful candidate must have solid experience & advanced knowledge of :
High School Diploma or equivalent.
High level of technical computer skills.
Previous EHR experience required.
Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills and adult teaching techniques.
Successful candidate must be able to perform primary functions of the position :
Dedicated to assisting support to end-users during Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Record (HER) implementations.
Serve as onsite application expert.
Provide end user training and support, including on-call support schedule.
Provide technical support for testing and for maintaining member-managed components of the software.
Attending all OCHIN meetings, workgroups, and learning forums offered.
These functions are not all inclusive.
