Job Description
The Mediation roll is a phone focused job. Mediators are expected to handle a case load and make all the appropriate calls needed, and provide documentation that is required in a timely manner.
This is not a sales position.
Mediators are responsible for their own files, however we do work in a team environment and assist each other on incoming calls.
This job is NOT remote.
Previous phone experience a plus, but not a requirement.
