In this Entry Level Manager role, you’ll be a key player in supporting customers through the windshield replacement process. From initial contact to completed service. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding individual needs, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from start to finish.

This Entry Level Manager position is ideal for someone who excels at both customer service and sales support, with a natural ability to communicate clearly and confidently while helping people navigate their options.

What You'll Be Doing as an Entry Level Manager:

• Engage with new and existing customers in person to recommend tailored windshield replacement options
• Provide guidance throughout the enrollment process, including helping customers with insurance claim submissions
• Support sales initiatives by tracking leads, following up on inquiries, and improving customer satisfaction
• Stay informed on service updates, product offerings, and industry trends to maintain expertise
• Work closely with customers to ensure their accounts and service needs are handled efficiently
• Collaborate with the broader team to gather feedback and refine the customer experience
• Consistently meet performance goals related to customer service and sales support

What You Bring to the Entry Level Manager Team:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or client relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and empathetic approach
• Comfort with using digital tools or platforms to assist customers and track progress
• A proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude
• The ability to work well independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
• Reliability, professionalism, and a strong desire to help customers find the right solutions
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends if needed
