Position Overview

 

The Entry-Level Manager position is designed for individuals who are motivated to build a long-term career in sales , marketing, and team leadership. In this role, you’ll start by mastering the fundamentals of customer engagement and in-store representation while learning how to coach and develop others.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in client relations, territory management, and sales strategy while preparing for future advancement into management and executive roles.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Represent top national clients and drive brand awareness within major retail locations
  • Lead by example on the sales floor by engaging customers, identifying their needs, and delivering product knowledge
  • Train, coach, and motivate a team of representatives to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Analyze performance data to improve individual and team results
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Conduct team meetings, provide performance feedback, and assist with recruiting new team members

 

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in leadership, customer service, or sales preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, goal-oriented, and adaptable mindset
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
