As we grow, we're looking for people-first, impact-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Management Trainees . This is a hands-on leadership development role designed to jumpstart your career in sales, marketing, and community engagement . You'll learn directly from experienced mentors while developing the skills needed to lead teams, drive outreach campaigns, and manage events that support charitable causes.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in busy retail environments to promote nonprofit campaigns.
Represent our partner charities with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-store events.
Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with the public.
Support and mentor new team members.
Track campaign performance, contributions, and team metrics.
