• Policy Management: Assist in processing policy changes, renewals, and cancellations efficiently.
• Claims Support: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain and update accurate client records and policy details.
• Customer Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.

• Proactive Communication: Initiate contact with clients to provide relevant updates and information regarding their policies or claims.

• Experience in client services or administrative roles (Insurance experience preferred but not required)
