Graham & Associates, Inc. seeks a motivated Entry-Level Civil Engineer to support the design and development of infrastructure projects. You’ll work alongside senior engineers on land development, stormwater management, utilities, and site grading—gaining hands-on experience while contributing to impactful infrastructure solutions.

• Assist in designing site plans, grading layouts, erosion control, and utilities using AutoCAD Civil 3D .
• Support stormwater modeling (e.g., drainage reports, BMP design) and permit applications.
• Conduct site visits, field inspections, and data collection.
• Prepare technical calculations, sketches, and engineering reports.
• Collaborate with project teams, surveyors, and regulatory agencies.
• Review design standards and ensure compliance with local codes.
• Learn project management fundamentals under mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Technical Skills: Exposure to CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar).
• Knowledge: Understanding of civil engineering fundamentals.
• Mindset: Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and work in a team environment.
• Communication: Clear verbal/written skills.

• Internship/CO-OP experience in civil engineering.
• FE/EIT certification (or planned pursuit).
