Our client a very stable and profitable distribution company is seeking an Entry Level Accountant to join its team. The company offers excellent benefits and an opportunity for advancement. The role is ideal for a recent college graduate who is looking for an opportunity to work in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, processing invoices, managing payments, and tracking outstanding invoices.
• Maintaining and reconciling ledgers, recording financial transactions, and ensuring accurate data entry.
• Reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies in financial reports
• Assist with the month end and year end close.
• Analyzing data sets in financial reports for senior management.

Required Skills:

• Min of an associate's degree in accounting
• Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook
• Experience with QuickBooks a plus
