Entertainment Executive Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s Entertainment client located in New York City.

 
Job Details
Duration: 3+ months (Potential temp to hire)
Location: New York City 10010
Schedule: Hybrid 3 days per week in office
Pay Rate: $25-28 per hour

 
Music experience is preferred / or other entertainment similar background

 
Responsibilities

• Provide Executive level support
• Prepare expense reports / arrange travel / schedule meetings.
• Manage internal / External correspondence
• Arrange travel / promotional trips for artists.
• Order and maintain music product and office supplies for the team.
• Coordinate work orders for artists
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.

Estimated Min Rate : $25.00
Estimated Max Rate : $28.00
