Endocrinologist (J1 waiver sponsor)
Join an expanding Endocrine practice, currently one physician. Independent physician led and managed multi-specialty group with 2 clinics and a staff of over 160 serving SE New Mexico (only w hours to El Paso, TX). Referral base from primary care, specialists, and community hospitals. For more than 20 years, Founder established practice as a dedicated cancer treatment center. Expanded into a full service practice with currently 10 providers. Robust support staff to each provider. NexGen EMR.
Mentorship opportunity! Support patients with consults, diagnose, and provide comprehensive medical treatment plans for patients with hormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, metabolic syndrome. Counsel patients on endocrinology disorders and their background. Test and interpret results of imaging studies. Prescribe and/or administer treatment and medication. Monitor the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication. Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
