Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy email and SMS campaigns using the company's marketing automation platforms.
• Manage segmentation strategies, triggered workflows, and nurture sequences for different audience groups.
• Write and format email content aligned with brand tone and compliance guidelines.
• Execute A/B testing on subject lines, send times, layout, and CTAs.
• Track campaign metrics and report performance to marketing leadership.
• Collaborate with content, design, and CRM teams to coordinate integrated campaigns.
• Maintain and improve list hygiene and monitor deliverability metrics.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and opt-out rules.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or relevant experience.
• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, including campaign setup, automation, and segmentation.
• Familiarity with A/B testing strategies and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent written communication skills, with an understanding of branding and formatting for engagement.
• Knowledge of compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and experience maintaining list health and deliverability.
