Hi, Email Marketing Specialist Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301 Contract: 6 Months + Position Summary: Contractor Email Marketing Specialist with exceptionally strong technical, communication and organizational skills. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day email execution supporting all Clients stores, business verticals and marketing campaigns. The specialist will be responsible for audience segmenting, email template coding, developing, proofing and executing highly-dynamic email campaigns using an enterprise Email Service Provider for email deployment. The Specialist may also be asked to assist with other multi-channel campaigns, such as digital, SMS, projects/tasks, etc., as well as various administrative to-dos needed by the Customer Marketing Team Primary Responsibilities: • Execute and deploy email marketing campaigns including audience segmenting, A|B testing, email template design, HTML coding, campaign creation, template maintenance, updates, proofing and execution • Build and maintain email/SMS marketing campaign audience workflows to support marketing campaigns as needed

• Support optimization testing of existing email campaigns
• Provide reporting on email activities
• Execute branding and creative audits and updates as needed
• Execute creative updates and redesigns as directed

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage, design, HTML code, proof and execute email campaigns as directed
• Execute list pull requests via campaign automation tools
• Ensure accurate tracking for all email campaigns so the team can measure success and optimize email

campaigns over time • Support the technical build and improvement of email campaigns under the supervision of the team's Senior Marketing Manager and Senior Email Marketing Specialist • Support, conceptualize and initiate tests (audience segmentation, product merchandising, subject headers, email copy and creative, offers and landing pages) to continually improve key metrics (open, clicks, leads, conversions) across campaigns • Build relationships with internal and external partners to advance the sophistication of our email marketing campaigns and trial new product/platform features and strategies • Assist with email list growth and acquisition efforts Required Qualifications:

• College degree from an accredited academic institution
• Minimum 2-4 years email marketing experience
• Demonstrated HTML coding and execution via best-in-class Email Service Provider tools, such as Harmony,

Cheetah Mail, ExactTarget, Salesforce, etc.

• Experience in building customer lists via campaign automation tools, such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, etc.
• Working knowledge of design and coding tools, such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Exceptionally strong attention to detail for proofing and execution, excellent organizational skills, and ability to

manage multiple projects/responsibilities thru completion

• Strong Excel skills to build email reference tables for dynamic content mapping and reporting
• Ability to work autonomously and independently on tasks as well as collaboratively with other team members
• Highly productive and proactive with excellent time-management skills as demonstrated by delivering projects

early or on-time

• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tagging and tracking mechanisms, including Google Analytics, pixels, etc.
• SQL skills are not required but a strong plus for customer database queries Syntricate Technologies
