Job Description Summary The Marketing Specialist will build emails for RB Global brands using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Litmus, and Validity. This role supports global go-to-market teams, managing email campaigns, automation, testing, and analytics. The team handles over 10 million emails monthly and often works outside standard hours due to its global scope. Responsibilities Manage email campaigns, creatives, builds, reviews, and post-campaign analysis, collaborating with creative and marketing teams. Build audiences, manage list hygiene, and leverage data for personalization and list growth, working closely with automation specialists. Coordinate email marketing with auction and equipment event calendars, supporting overarching themes and segmentation. Optimize email marketing through testing and analysis, communicating insights to stakeholders. Stay current on industry trends and recommend improvements. Focus on campaign success metrics like traffic and conversions. Develop and code marketing campaigns, communicate requirements. Support projects with data analysis, segment building, workflows, and automations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements 2-3 years' experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Strong HTML and CSS skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Google Analytics. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Eloqua, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel, Pivot Tables. Understanding of web analytics and industry best practices. Ability to work in a typical business environment.
