We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of email campaigns. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive engagement, retention, and revenue through data-driven email marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute email marketing strategies tailored to customer segments and business goals.

  • Campaign Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of email campaigns, from concept and content to testing and deployment.

  • Performance Optimization: Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) and apply A/B testing to improve results.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Deliver insights and recommendations through regular performance reports.

  • Automation & Personalization: Leverage automation tools and personalization techniques to enhance customer experience.

  • Compliance: Ensure all campaigns comply with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).

  • List Management: Maintain list hygiene and engagement levels above 80%.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 4–6 years of experience in email or digital marketing.

  • Proficiency with platforms like Campaign Monitor, HubSpot, or similar.

  • Strong understanding of email best practices, segmentation, and deliverability.

  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

  • Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
