Job Description
At Buildxact, we’re simplifying life for builders and trades - and marketing is how we make that mission stick. We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to own, scale, and optimize how we connect with our customers and partners across every stage of their journey.
In this role, you’ll build high-performing, personalized email programs that drive acquisition, product engagement, retention, and advocacy. You’ll bring data, storytelling, and automation together to deliver value with every send—and help us shape the future of customer communication in construction tech.
What You’ll DoExecute smart, targeted email campaigns across the full funnel—nurtures, product updates, newsletters, event invites, and more.
Collaborate with content, lifecycle, sales, and product teams to localize messaging and tailor content to key audiences.
Manage templates, modules, and tokenization to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment.
Optimize with A/B testing (subject lines, layouts, CTAs, timing) to boost performance.
Track metrics (CTOR, CTR, unsubscribe, conversions) and deliver actionable insights.
Partner with lifecycle, data, and revenue teams to support segmentation and engagement scoring.
Maintain clean data and ensure compliance with privacy laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Stay on the pulse of trends in deliverability, personalization, and AI-powered automation.
2–3 years of experience running email campaigns in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
Hands-on experience with Marketo and Outreach.io , including automations and lead scoring.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
Strong HTML/CSS skills for responsive, on-brand email builds.
Knowledge of email compliance and deliverability best practices.
Familiarity with personalization tools, tokens, and dynamic content logic.
Bonus points for experience with generative AI tools for content creation or testing.
Extra credit if you’ve worked with OKRs or similar performance frameworks.
Detail-oriented and organized—you don’t just launch campaigns, you own them end to end.
Analytical and performance-driven—you thrive on data and KPIs.
A team player—comfortable working across content, design, product, sales, and ops.
A creative thinker—with strong writing skills and an eye for persuasive, brand-aligned content.
Growth mindset—you’re curious, adaptable, and always looking for ways to improve.
You’ll be part of a passionate, growing marketing team shaping how builders and suppliers engage with our platform—and each other. We keep things simple, act with integrity, and put customer success first. And if you’re ready to build your career in global SaaS with tools that are modern, scalable, and full of potential—it’s yours to nail.
