This role will be responsible for helping design, develop, test, and implement changes for various systems, including providing user support. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who can work collaboratively and wear multiple hats.

Ideal Candidates for this role will have the following:

• Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, preferably with Project Operations and/or Sales modules.
• Minimum 2 years experience in custom web application development.
• Experience with .Net 4.5+, C#, SQL, Web API.
• Preferred experience and/or familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Familiarity with Power Apps (Model, Canvas, and Portal) is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Power Automate is strongly preferred.
• Experience with Azure resources; Web Apps, Functions.
• Familiarity with integration tools like SSIS monitoring, testing, tuning, and developing systems.
• Experience troubleshooting performance issues.
• Strong database skills with T-SQL queries.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Understands the underlying systems on which web applications are developed.
• Ability to multi-task across several complex tasks and prioritize as needed.
