Dispatcher
Location: Austin, TX
Work Type: On-site
Schedule: 9 AM- 6 PM/11 AM-8 PM, Monday-Friday, rotating on-call schedule
Pay: $18-22/hr

What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate and schedule service calls for plumbing, heating, and air technicians
• Assign jobs to appropriate field personnel based on skills, location, and availability
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and updates
• Monitor technicians’ schedules and adjust as needed for emergencies or delays
• Maintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and job statuses in the dispatch system
• Work closely with the Service Manager to optimize daily routes and productivity
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and via email
• Other duties as assigned
What We Are Looking For:
• Previous dispatching experience in the home services industry preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
• Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent
