Lickety Split Air, Plumbing, Electric is seeking a highly organized and experienced Dispatcher to lead the coordination of our HVAC and Plumbing service teams. In this key role, you’ll manage scheduling, dispatch, and communication between customers and field technicians—ensuring the right tech is on the right job at the right time to maximize efficiency and revenue.
What You’ll Do:
Prioritize and dispatch high-volume service calls
Match technicians’ strengths to specific jobs
Monitor field activity and adjust schedules as needed
Maintain real-time communication with customers and technicians
Confirm appointments and update customer records
Provide reporting and support team performance goals
Ensure a top-tier customer experience
What You Bring:
Proven dispatch or scheduling experience (HVAC/Plumbing preferred but not required)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Team-first mindset with strong attention to detail
Experience with ServiceTitan a plus
