Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answering and managing phone calls:
Responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and gathering necessary information for service calls.
Dispatching technicians:
Assigning jobs to plumbers based on location, skill set, and urgency, optimizing routes for efficiency.
Maintaining records:
Updating dispatching software with job details, customer information, and technician availability.
Communicating with customers:
Providing appointment confirmations, updates on technician arrival times, and addressing any concerns or questions.
Communicating with technicians:
Providing job details, updates on site conditions, and relaying customer requests or concerns.
Managing emergency calls:
Prioritizing urgent service requests and ensuring timely responses.
Ensuring efficient workflow:
Monitoring job progress, adjusting schedules as needed, and optimizing resource allocation.
Maintaining customer satisfaction:
Addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
Assisting with other tasks
This may include billing, collections, or other administrative duties as required
