Responsibilities Direct outsourced delivery contracts and relationships, working with the field organization. Develop, train, and communicate standard policies and practices for outsourced delivery and internal drivers and vehicles. Review and approve invoices for accuracy and central payment. Report on delivery performance relative to costs and quality standards. Conduct analytical analysis to determine cost savings and optimize routes. Implement outsourced delivery programs. Handle issue/problem resolution related to delivery. Perform other tasks as assigned.
