Your Mission & Impact This is a performance-based role where your success will be clear and quantifiable. You will be expected to: Drive Measurable Campaign Growth: Develop and launch end-to-end digital marketing campaigns that directly increase qualified leads and sales conversions. You'll use analytics to optimize performance and lower cost-per-acquisition. Engineer a Sophisticated Customer Journey: Master their marketing automation platform (Marketo) to build and refine a journey that nurtures leads from initial contact to conversion, using advanced tactics like A/B testing, personalized landing pages, and intelligent nurture streams. Become a Primary Driver of Organic Traffic: Create compelling, SEO-optimized content (blogs, guides, landing pages) that ranks for key terms, attracts the target audience, and converts visitors into customers. Increase Search Engine Visibility: Partner with the in-house creative team and leverage SEO tools (like Conductor) to improve on-page and technical SEO, measurably increasing domain authority and search rankings. Your Skills & Experience Proven experience developing digital marketing campaigns where you were directly responsible for tracking and improving conversion rates. Hands-on expertise with Marketo is essential. You should be able to discuss specific automated programs you have built and the results they generated. Demonstrated ability to create high-quality content that drives organic traffic. A portfolio or examples of past work is highly desirable. A data-first mindset with proficiency in using analytics tools to derive insights and make informed decisions. Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with sales, product, and creative teams.
