Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Science Senior Manager for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Work closely with the technology reference data, data science, infrastructure, support, cyber, and risk organizations to develop and deploy and maintain machine learning (“ML”) models in production reliably and efficiently using Python, PyTorch and Tensorflow to develop, Docker, MLFlow and RLM to productionize and maintain. Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the systems of records and work with other engineering teams to improve any gaps. Develop, implement and support Code, Data and Model versioning. Upkeep the Training and Serving ML Pipeline and Model Validation. Employ statistical validation of deployed modes and conduct Data and Model Drift Monitoring. Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements. Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within department and design solutions to meet these needs. Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of analyst and data employees and effective collaboration with stakeholders. Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within company. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field and 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, Consultant or related position involving financial industry. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor’s degree in the stated field and 5 years of the specified progressive, post-baccalaureate experience. 3 years of experience must include: Machine learning engineering and operation; Operations management; Machine Learning Algorithms; Deep Learning; Natural Language Programming (NLP) techniques to develop modern AI solutions; Python, Hive, PySpark, Keras, Tensorflow, PyTorch.
