Pride Health is hiring a Data Entry Operator I to support our client’s medical facility in White Plains NY 10604 This is a 05-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity, and it's a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: White Plains NY 10604

Pay Range: $17-$21 per hour (strictly based on years of experience)

Schedule: 3:30pm-11pm eastern

Duration: 01 Months

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Enter various types of data into designated computer systems following established guidelines and instructions.
• Operate numerical and alphabetical data entry functions under direct supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures.
• Review and edit incoming data, including test request forms and rebill information, to ensure all required billing and patient information is complete and correct.
• Refer issues, discrepancies, or unclear information to senior staff or higher-level operators for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of daily individual production for quality assurance and performance tracking.
• Sort, organize, and process incoming requisitions to ensure proper workflow and timely data entry.
• Meet and adhere to assigned productivity and accuracy standards.
• Assist with daily counts and verification of completed work for quality assurance audits.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or GED is required.
